Soplo is made in the region of Valencia, on Spain’s east coast, from the grape Garnacha Tintorera - one of the few red grapes that actually have red juice! Approachable and easy-drinking, but with a pleasant depth of flavour, cherry, raspberry and forest fruit notes sit alongside more rustic earthy, dried herb flavours.
