Located on the Alentejo coast, just 10km from the Atlantic, Herdade do Cebolal are an innovative winery; experimented with seaweed for fertilisation and engineering their own barrels. The Vale das Eguas is an unoaked red made from an unusual blend of Alicante Bouchet, Touriga Nacional and Merlot.It is rich, yet juicy with flavours of sour cherry and balsam, and a fresh minerality coming from the proximity to the sea.
