Produced by Neil Prentice (by day a Wagyu beef farmer!), from deep volcanic soils at 750 metres altitude, this is made in a style more in line with classic European Pinot Gris. Honeyed and spicy on the nose, the palate is textured and ripe yet fresh with ripe apples, citrus and some grapey richness.
