While most Cava is a blend of vintages and grapes, this is single vintage (and with a good bit of age on it) and from the unique local grape, Pansa Blanca, from an area just outside Barcelona. Big flavours of pear and citrus, alongside Pansa Blanca’s herby nutty characters, There’s a creamy richness from fermentation in oak, and that toasty flavour you get from the ‘traditional’ method bringing everything together.
