For local deliveries, we use Zedify, a bike courier service. Their system will not allow us to book anything in beyond a 2 mile radius of our shop, so please check on this map if you are not sure, to avoid a delay to your order.
Our regular delivery charge is £9.99 (except gift vouchers, which are free) within most of mainland UK (customers from Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Channel Islands, and the rest of the world please contact us).
We have no minimum order.
We endeavour to get all orders to you within two working days of placement. Occasionally, for example, if the stock isn't immediately available, the delivery can take up to 5 days. We will confirm a delivery date upon receipt of the order.
We try to keep our site's stock figures as up to date as possible, but sometimes lines do get out of stock before the site catches up. We will always get in touch offer an alternative, or if that is not an option, we will arrange a full refund immediately.
What about if no one is home to meet the courier?
If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to say she/he has been. If possible, please let us know if there is a place (e.g. at back door or in shed etc)/alternative address at which the order can be left if you are not at home. There is a textbox in the shopping checkout for this purpose. If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, tengreenbottles cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it.
What is the your policy on breakages from deliveries?
Although the courier should advise us if there are any breakages, it’s still very important that you let us know as soon as possible of any stock damage once received so we can investigate with the delivery operator and source replacement wine for you. As you can appreciate to prevent fraudulent damage claims we need to be made aware of damage immediately thus we prefer to be notified via e-mail or phone within 24 hrs.
Do you offer refunds?
If there is bottle damage or your wine is corked – please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com and we will organise a refund. We may request the return of the damaged product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment as well.
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling. VAT at 20% is included. All prices are subject to change.
